RETREAT DAYS WITH STAY FABULOUS

£140 per person

These are held on a Sunday in April, July and September. 

Break down of the day…

• 9:30 am - Arrival and settle into the hall. 

• 10 am - cacao ceremony 

• 10:30 am - 12 pm - yoga morning flow 

• 12 pm - 1:30 pm - lunch on the terrace outside 

• 1:30 pm - 2:15 pm - barefoot sensory walk or relax on the deck chairs soaking up the views 

• 2:30 pm - 4 pm - restorative yoga session

• 4 pm - the session ends with a pan au chocolat and a homemade gift bag. 

• 4 pm - 6 pm - hot tubs, saunas and ice baths. With a complimentary drink of prosecco, fruit tea, beer, gin or soft drink.
